TIRE EMPIRE

Called looking for 4 255/55/20 size tires for my Suv. I was told they had the tires in stock. I get up there and they only had 3 of them. The guy told me he could have it delivered tomorrow around 10am. They didn't get my tire there until 2pm and then it was the wrong size tire it was a 255/50/20. He said the only difference was the other tires were a little wider it wouldn't matter. So I told him to go ahead and put them on. He lied because the other tires were a little taller than that one. I leave and get on the interstate heading to work and my vehicle starts having alot of vibration in the steering wheel. Later when I get off I took it to Walmart tire center and one of the techs told three of the wheels were completely out of balance and one wasn't even balanced. I will never do business with them again and I recommend anyone considering them. Trust me take your business elsewhere!!

On my initial visit, I didn’t feel that my business was truly appreciated. However, I was genuinely impressed when the owner, Ash, personally reached out after reading my initial review. He showed real concern, took responsibility, and immediately addressed and corrected the issue caused by an employee who was not meeting the standards he expects. The service I received during my follow-up visit was a complete night-and-day difference. Ash’s primary concern was making things right and ensuring he didn’t lose my business...and that meant a lot to me. That level of customer service is rare, and it’s the kind of service I’m happy to support and confidently recommend to others. The day before my visit, I had called to get a price quote for changing out four tires and to confirm business hours. To be honest, the price sounded almost too good to be true. I assumed it might be a “get-you-in-the-door” quote with extra fees added later, as I’ve experienced elsewhere. I was wrong. The quote was completely legitimate, and I paid exactly what I was told over the phone. What made it even more impressive was that the price Ash quoted was $70–$75 less than every other shop I contacted in the a

I caught a flat in Vinton on my way to Baton Rouge. I grew up in Lake Charles so it was a planned stop. This was the first time here. I arrived with the donut late, after 7 pm. This is for a new RDX that I just purchased 3weeks prior. Guys hooked me with with a new tire, 235/55/19 and had it on in 15 mins. Was back on the highway to BTR! Really appreciate you guys for taking care of me! 💪🏾
